Zeal And Mana ships from Uttar Pradesh, India. 


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Once your order is placed, custom rugs typically require 2–12 weeks for production, depending on the size, quality, and customization selected. Delivery usually takes an additional 5–7 working days based on your location.

In the event that a return is accepted under any circumstances, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Are There Any Hidden Cost?

Listed prices are exclusive of duties and taxes. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value as follows:

• Orders between $0.00 – $500.00 : $99.00 Shipping
• Orders between $500.01 – $1000.00 : $189.00 Shipping
• Orders above $1500.01 : Complimentary Shipping

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Production and shipment/delivery time, of the order processing, starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us. The production and shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Zeal And Mana shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond control of Zeal And Mana. There might be slight delay in dispatch during winters for custom made orders as the dyeing and drying process is not in our control.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Zeal And Mana reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Zeal And Mana has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. 


What happens if the shipment is lost in-transit?
In case of the unlikely circumstance as such- shipment being lost in-transit, you can drop an email at support@zealandmana.com, we will ship a new order to our customer once we receive a confirmation from our courier partner. Zeal And Mana does not have any logistics company of its own and is reliable on 3rd Party Logistics for shipping therefore disputes related to damage, fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be entertained.


What is RTO? What are the possible reasons behind RTO?
Your shipment is updated as RTO (Return to Origin) initiated when the courier executive couldn't deliver your shipment. In this case, they mark the shipment RTO and sent it back to the original pickup address.

Reasons for undelivered shipment:

  • Customer not contactable
  • Incomplete / Wrong address
  • Future delivery requested by the customer 
  • Self-pickup requested by the customer 
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Door/premises/office closed
